"Right when I tried it on..."
Right when I tried it on, my first thought was that the fit was exactly what I hoped for. I ordered my usual size, and it fit perfectly.

"They fixed it fast, but it shouldn’t have happened"
I had an issue that felt like it was their fault to begin with, and I was annoyed about it. To be fair, they did sort it out quickly, but I’m still frustrated that I had to deal with the problem at all

"Fits better than I honestly thought it would"
I was kind of expecting the sizing to be a little off, because hoodies can be weird like that sometimes, but this one actually fits me really well. It’s not too tight, not awkwardly loose, and the sleeves and overall length feel right too. Basically, I put it on and didn’t have to think, “Okay, this is shaped weird,” which is always a good sign.

"Still holding up really well"
I picked up a pair of boots from GothMall a while back, maybe sometime last fall or early winter, I can’t remember exactly. But they’ve been way tougher than I expected. I’ve worn them in the rain and to a couple of gigs, and they still don’t have any loose seams or weird peeling. Happy with how well they’ve held up

"Good prices, totally worth it"
I ordered a few things from gothmall.com because the prices looked good, and I was pleasantly surprised. Since it didn’t cost too much, I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but the quality was decent for what I paid. No real complaints here. If you want some goth stuff without spending a lot, it’s a good option.

"Pretty happy with what I got"
I ordered a hoodie and a couple of accessories from Goth Mall, and I’ve got to say, the quality was actually better than I was expecting.

The hoodie feels nice and thick, the stitching seems solid, and the print held up fine after washing, at least so far. The rings also don’t have that super cheap feel I’ve gotten from some other places.

Shipping was normal, not especially fast or anything, but everything arrived packed well enough. I’d probably order from them again.

I like the overall goth look and some pieces are genuinely pretty, but a few of the styles just feel kind of off to me. Not terrible, just something avoidable if the designs were a little more polished.

I liked Goth Mall because the designs don’t feel like the same stuff I keep seeing everywhere. The shirts and accessories have that darker vibe, but there are still little fun details mixed in. There’s just something about it that makes the whole style feel a bit more unique. The site was easy to browse too. I’ve only ordered once so far, but the look of everything really caught my eye.

Checking out was really easy, and the payment page felt safe the whole time. I didn’t run into any issues at all. I ordered a couple of shirts from gothmall.com, and overall it was okay. The designs were definitely cool, and the prices seemed fair compared to a lot of other alternative clothing shops I’ve looked at. That said, the shipping took longer than I expected, and one of the shirts fit a little oddly, so it didn’t quite match up to some other places I’ve ordered from. Not a terrible experience at all, just more average than amazing for me

I was expecting the color to be a little off, since sometimes product photos feel like they’re edited to make things look better than they really are. But this one was actually close to what I saw online. I was worried it might show up darker or weirdly different, but in person it looked right. No surprises, which I appreciated.

"I ordered the wrong size boots from..."
I ordered the wrong size boots from gothmall.com and needed to exchange them. I thought it might be annoying, but it ended up being really simple.

Customer service got back to me quickly and explained what to do. I sent the boots back and got the right size soon after. No hassle, no long wait. Happy with the whole experience.
